I am a Brain Yoga Trainer, intuition practitioner, and a conscious parent, dedicated to helping children grow with focus, emotional balance, and inner awareness in today’s digitally distracted world. My journey began in the corporate IT environment, where I experienced the impact of constant screen exposure and mental overload. This concern became personal when I observed the same challenges, reduced focus, emotional imbalance, and dependence on constant supervision in my own children. Despite the best education and guidance, one key element was missing: inner self-guidance. Through deep introspection and my long-standing practice of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation, I discovered a powerful truth: When intuition is awakened, children naturally become mindful, self-regulated, and emotionally balanced, without external pressure. This realization became the foundation of my intuition-centered Brain Yoga approach.

It is a 31-day program with a one-year follow-up, designed for children and teenagers aged 6 to 15 years.
Yes. The program is designed specifically to help children regain focus, awareness, and emotional balance despite digital distractions.
No. It complements school education by strengthening cognitive abilities, self-control, and learning clarity.
Many parents notice improvements in focus, calmness, and self-discipline within a few weeks of consistent practice.
The program’s benefits are there for all to see. You can watch a multitude of videos of children and parents as they share their experience after following the teachings of the program. Each child is unique and will have their own level of innate development. The advancement or transformation depends on the child’s own efforts and daily practice and parents’ support. The program advises the children to devote 15-25 minutes to home practice every day. With regular practice, children and parents have reported an improvement in their innate abilities. It is the basis of the breakthroughs that the children have experienced.
Over the years, the program has been able to:
- Improve focus on studies
- Improve on health
- Enhance sensory abilities
- Improve awareness and foresight
- Increase confidence
- Remove fear of the unknown
- Increase creativity and intelligence
Besides these, children in this program have been able to
- improve their grasp on a subject because of heightened curiosity and better reasoning abilities
- display interest in school work absent before
- develop a problem-solving mentality
- think originally, and also, understand and appreciate ideas generated by others
- develop a feeling of service towards others
- feel sensitive and respectful about diversity and differences
- interact and build rapport with others in a healthy and open manner
- Many children use the skills learned in this program to improve their academic or extracurricular performance. They approach their activities with more focus and a sense of direction.
No. As intuition and awareness improve, children naturally develop self-guidance and self-control, reducing the need for constant supervision.
No. We are all born with this natural ability. It is more visible in children because their minds are fresh, less conditioned, and more connected to nature.
